Landly Community

Community Guidelines

Landly Community is task-bound, consent-aware, and moderation-first. Use it to add practical local context to relocation tasks without turning those tasks into open debate threads.

Use Community for practical local experience

Structured tips, task feedback, Local answers, Playbooks, Spotlights, and future local signals should describe what helped, what changed locally, or what to check next.

Do not present advice as authoritative

Do not frame legal, tax, medical, visa, insurance, or housing instructions as guaranteed outcomes. Point people to official sources or qualified professionals for decisions.

Keep personal details out

Do not post exact addresses, document numbers, employer names, children ages, health details, financial records, or anything you would not want reviewed by a moderator.

Stay in the structured format

Questions and tips stay tied to a city, lifecycle, task, domain, or template so they can help inside the workflow instead of becoming an open forum thread.

Expect review before sensitive content appears

Visa, legal, tax, medical, and insurance topics are queued or blocked by default when they include risky claims. Reports for unsafe, wrong, spammy, or outdated content move it back to review.

Participate pseudonymously

Public Community surfaces use pseudonymous or editorial labels by default. Landly may keep private author and moderation records for safety, deletion requests, and auditability.

Know what is Landly-reviewed and what is community input

Landly curated, staff-reviewed, AI-assisted, and community content use different labels. Community content is not official source material or personalized professional advice.

Allowed examples

  • A short note that a local appointment page changed.
  • A task outcome like "this took longer than expected" without personal details.
  • A Playbook draft offered for staff review after explicit consent.
  • A report that a tip is outdated, unsafe, spam, or wrong.

Not allowed

  • Instructions to hide income, forge documents, or bypass official requirements.
  • Definitive legal, visa, tax, medical, or insurance advice.
  • Exact addresses, employer names, document numbers, children ages, or health details.
  • Harassment, discrimination, solicitation, spam, or political debate unrelated to relocation tasks.

Removal, reports, and consent

You can report Community content that looks unsafe, wrong, spammy, or outdated. Withdrawing Community participation consent stops future reuse of your optional contributions where applicable; account deletion or erasure requests remove or anonymize public author links according to Landly privacy rules. If you want a removal decision reviewed, contact support@landly.to from the email address linked to your account.

These guidelines support the Day-1 Community launch gates for consent, moderation, safe publication, and report review.
