Request Deletion In The App

1. Open Landly mobile and sign in to the account you want deleted.
2. Go to Account, then Delete account.
3. Enter your account password to confirm the deletion request.

The app sends the request to Landly privacy handling and shows a confirmation after the request is accepted.

If you cannot access the app, email Landly privacy support from the email address associated with your Landly account. Include the subject "Landly account deletion request" so we can route the request correctly.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion covers the Landly account and account-associated product data, including profile data, relocation and stay profile data, saved interests and preferences, task/workspace data, and the document-availability, storage-location, expiry, and optional Google Drive reference metadata you chose to save. Deleting a Landly reference does not delete the underlying file from your Google Drive.

Landly does not accept new document-file uploads into its own storage. If your account has a legacy Landly file copy uploaded before new uploads closed, the deletion lifecycle also covers that copy unless a lawful retention exception applies. Save any copy you need before deletion; deleting a Landly file copy cannot be undone.

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, contract evidence, legal claims, auditability, or regulatory compliance. Retained records are limited to the relevant purpose and handled under Landly privacy practices. The current Free Open Beta creates no Landly payment or paid-subscription record.

Timing And Confirmation

Landly will confirm receipt of your deletion request and may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership. The request is handled without undue delay and, where GDPR applies, Landly responds within one month of receipt. That period may be extended by up to two further months where permitted because of the complexity or number of requests; Landly will explain a permitted extension within the first month.

Contract And Privacy Choices

Account deletion ends your Free Early Access service, but it is not itself a statutory withdrawal statement. You can read the separate cancellation and withdrawal information and the Privacy Policy before choosing the action that matches what you want to do.
