Account Deletion
Landly account holders can request deletion of their account and associated account data from inside the Landly app or by contacting Landly privacy support from this page.
Request Deletion In The App
- Open Landly mobile and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Account, then Delete account.
- Enter your account password to confirm the deletion request.
The app sends the request to Landly privacy handling and shows a confirmation after the request is accepted.
Request Deletion Online
If you cannot access the app, email Landly privacy support from the email address associated with your Landly account. Include the subject "Landly account deletion request" so we can route the request correctly.

What Is Deleted
Account deletion covers the Landly account and account-associated product data, including profile data, relocation and stay profile data, saved interests and preferences, task/workspace data, and user content such as files, photos, and document scans that you chose to add to Landly.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, auditability, or regulatory compliance. Retained records are limited to the relevant purpose and handled under Landly privacy practices.
Timing And Confirmation
Landly will confirm receipt of your deletion request and may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership. The deletion process is completed within a reasonable period and, where GDPR applies, within 30 days unless a lawful exception requires a different timeline.
