Refund Policy
Effective date: June 12, 2026
This policy explains Landly's refund, cancellation, and withdrawal handling for paid digital relocation planning services, subscriptions, and related account services where Landly offers them. Purchase-specific terms shown at checkout or in an order confirmation apply to the relevant transaction.
Provider
Landly LTD provides the Landly services described in this policy. Provider details are published in the Legal Notice.
What Landly Sells
Landly provides digital relocation planning software and web-based tools, including Move planning workspaces, Stay task and reminder tools, document workflows, exports, source-linked planning context where available, and optional Insights modules.
Landly does not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, housing-brokerage, or official government services or advice. You remain responsible for checking official sources or qualified professional advice before taking time-sensitive or regulated action.
Current Checkout Status
Landly Open Beta founding offers may be visible before checkout is active: Move at €59 one-time, Stay at €5.99/month while active, and the Move + Stay bundle at €89. If you have not placed a paid order, there is no Landly charge to refund. If Landly offers a paid checkout, the applicable price, renewal terms, taxes, payment provider, and cancellation or withdrawal information are shown before purchase.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should be sent to support@landly.to from the email address associated with the Landly account. Include the order, invoice, or subscription reference if one was provided.
Landly will review refund requests against applicable law, the purchase confirmation, delivery state of the digital service, and any required checkout notices. Refund availability may differ for one-time digital services, delivered digital content, subscription periods that have already started, and future renewals.
Open Beta support posture: Move one-time purchases have a 7-day refund review window for accidental purchase or early mismatch. Stay monthly subscriptions have a 3-day review window for accidental first payment. Bundle refund reviews are split between the Move permanent-access component and the unused Stay included period.
Subscriptions And Cancellations
Where a paid subscription is offered, cancellation stops future renewal through the available web billing, customer portal, or support process. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund already delivered digital services unless applicable law, the purchase confirmation, or a Landly refund decision requires it.
Stay access remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation. The founding Stay price applies only while the subscription remains active and continuous. Resuming before the current period ends keeps the founding price; reactivation after a lapse uses the then-current price unless support grants a documented grace exception.
Move access remains permanent after a Move purchase or the Move component of a Bundle. The Bundle includes 6 months of Stay; after that period, continued Stay requires explicit opt-in unless the checkout clearly disclosed auto-renewal and recorded consent.
Beta Service Caveat
Stay is an Open Beta informational product. Reminder, document, alert, and community workflows may be incomplete or change during beta. Landly will consider this beta state when reviewing support and refund requests.
Withdrawal For Digital Services
EU consumer withdrawal rights, immediate performance consent, digital-content or digital-service exceptions, model forms, and related confirmation-email requirements may apply depending on the customer location, product type, and purchase flow. Landly provides required purchase-time notices where those rules apply.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
