Cancellation And Withdrawal
Effective date: August 7, 2026
Landly's current Open Beta is free and capacity-limited. There is no public paid checkout, subscription, recurring charge, or paid order during this phase, so there is no current Landly charge to refund. The zero-price contract formed in onboarding is recorded as the Free Early Access Terms.
Why This Page Exists For A Free Service
A payment-refund policy is not operative while Landly charges EUR 0. This page remains available because ending the contract, exercising a statutory withdrawal right where one applies, and requesting deletion of personal data are different actions. It explains those choices without suggesting that a payment was made.
Provider
Landly LTD provides the Landly services described in this policy. Provider details are published in the Legal Notice.
Current Free Open Beta
While capacity is available, registration and confirmed-email activation create a free account without payment or manual invitation review. The free Open Beta is a temporary release phase, but it has no announced calendar end date or per-user countdown. Closing registration later does not by itself end access already granted. Free access is not promised permanently and may end under the Terms with the required notice. A legacy waitlist request does not reserve a place, authorize payment, or convert automatically into a paid service.
Pricing information is not publicly available during the current Free Open Beta. A future paid offer requires a separate reviewed launch and an explicit purchase action; it cannot change the terms you accepted for free Early Access automatically.
Ending Early Access
There is no minimum term. You may stop using Landly and terminate the free Early Access contract at any time through the account deletion flow or by emailing support@landly.to. Account deletion ends Early Access but is not itself a statutory withdrawal statement. Termination, withdrawal, and deletion of personal data are separate legal actions.
14-Day Withdrawal Right
Where mandatory EU or national consumer law applies, you may withdraw from the Early Access contract within 14 days after it is concluded, without giving a reason and without cost. Asking Landly to start the free service immediately does not waive mandatory withdrawal rights.
To withdraw online, use the continuously available Withdraw from contract here function. It lets you confirm your name, the Early Access contract, and the contract email used for the durable receipt before the final confirmation action. You may sign in or use the secure contract-specific link in your Terms confirmation email; that link remains usable after account deletion.
You may alternatively email support@landly.toor send another unambiguous statement before the deadline. Optional model wording: "I hereby withdraw from my Landly Free Early Access contract concluded on [date], for account email [email]."
Withdrawal ends the service contract and Landly may disable access. Because the agreed Early Access price is EUR 0, there is no Landly payment to reimburse. Your privacy rights, including deletion where available, remain separate.
If You See An Unexpected Charge
If you believe Landly charged you in error, contact support@landly.to with the email address linked to your Landly account and enough information to identify the charge. Do not send full card details or identity documents by email.
Before Any Future Paid Launch
Before enabling any payment, Landly will publish and present the applicable cancellation, withdrawal, and refund information, mandatory consumer notices, and purchase terms. Those future documents will apply only after a user takes an explicit paid purchase action. They will not replace the current free Early Access withdrawal information.
