Terms of Service

Effective date: June 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Landly's public website, web application, mobile companion app, and related account services. By creating an account, requesting access, or using Landly, you agree to these terms.

Landly is provided by Landly LTD, UIC 208838502, registered office at 25 Vitosha Blvd., fl. 2, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Additional provider details are published in the Legal Notice.

Service Scope

Landly provides relocation information, planning tools, task support, document workflows, AI-assisted help, and related account services. Landly does not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, medical, insurance, housing-brokerage, or official government advice.

Waitlist and Early Access

Early Access is free, invite-only, and manually reviewed through the waitlist. Availability can vary by city, product surface, account status, and service readiness.

Explore

A free discovery and teaser surface for evaluating whether a paid Landly service is relevant.

Move

A paid digital relocation planning service for personalized relocation reports, decision support, plans, sources, exports, and related account features.

Stay

A paid subscription service for post-move support such as tasks, reminders, alerts, document workflows, and ongoing account features. Stay may require active Move access unless Landly states otherwise.

Insights and add-ons

Optional guided task packs, modules, bundles, or add-ons may be offered to eligible Move or Stay customers where available.

Mobile companion app

The native mobile app is a free companion surface for existing Landly accounts. It supports account access, tasks, Vault workflows, reminders, legal/admin links, support, and privacy requests. It does not offer in-app purchases, App Store billing, Google Play billing, mobile checkout, plan pricing, or subscription-management actions.

Account And Eligibility

You need a Landly account for authenticated product surfaces. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for making sure that the information you provide is accurate enough for Landly to operate the requested service.

Landly is intended for adults evaluating, planning, or managing relocation and stay workflows. You may use Landly only if you can enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from using the service under applicable law.

Payment And Billing

During the current waitlist and free Early Access phase, Landly does not request card details or process paid checkout from the public entry path. Paid terms apply only where Landly offers a paid purchase, subscription, add-on, or renewal.

Paid Landly digital services are started on Landly web surfaces or another purchase flow made available by Landly. The checkout identifies the applicable payment provider or Merchant of Record, including Paddle where enabled. Landly does not store full card details.

Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and any trial or promotion details must be shown before purchase in the relevant web purchase flow. If a conflict appears between these terms and a legally required purchase confirmation, invoice, or consumer notice, the more specific purchase or consumer notice controls for that transaction.

Apple App Store or Google Play payment terms apply only if Landly explicitly offers native store billing.

Cancellation, Refunds, And Withdrawal

Refund, cancellation, and consumer-rights requests for Landly web purchases are handled by Landly support. Contact Landly from the email address associated with your account so the relevant order, invoice, or subscription can be located. Additional handling details are described in the Refund Policy.

Stay subscriptions may be cancelled for future renewal through the web billing or support process available to the customer. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund already delivered digital services unless applicable law, the purchase confirmation, or a Landly refund decision requires it.

Where EU consumer withdrawal rights, model forms, immediate performance consent, or digital-content/service exceptions apply, Landly provides the required purchase-time information. This page is not a substitute for purchase-time consumer notices where they are required.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, profile, relocation, billing, and support information where requested.
  • Keep account credentials secure and do not share access with unauthorized people.
  • Use Landly for personal planning and account workflows, not for unlawful, abusive, scraping, reverse-engineering, or security-testing activity without permission.
  • Review Landly outputs before relying on them and verify official requirements with the relevant authority, professional advisor, or primary source.
  • Only upload documents or content that you have the right to upload and process through Landly.

Documents And User Content

If you upload files, photos, scans, notes, or other content, you keep your rights in that content. You give Landly the limited permission needed to store, process, display, link, export, secure, and delete that content for the Landly service and related support, privacy, security, and legal-compliance purposes.

You should not upload content that you do not have the right to use or that is unnecessary for your Landly workflow. Landly may remove or restrict access to content where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity.

Community And User Contributions

Community content

Landly Community content is informational, experience-based, and task-bound. It is not legal, tax, medical, visa, insurance, financial, housing-brokerage, or government advice.

What you may share

You may submit only content you have the right to share. Do not submit personal data about yourself or others unless a Landly flow explicitly asks for it.

Review and moderation

Landly may screen, queue, edit for safety, label, hide, remove, or decline Community content for security, legal compliance, quality, privacy, abuse prevention, or service integrity.

Public display and reuse

Public Community display is pseudonymous or editorial by default. Consent for public reuse can be withdrawn for future use; some minimum accountability or legal records may be retained where legally required.

Reports and support

Reports and support requests through support@landly.to are the current appeal path for Community content.

AI And Information Quality

Landly Guide and other AI-assisted outputs are informational and assistive. They may summarize sources, suggest tasks, or explain relocation context, but they do not determine visa eligibility, tax obligations, healthcare rights, housing rights, or other legal entitlements.

Landly works to keep sources and generated outputs useful, but relocation rules and local processes can change. You remain responsible for checking official sources and qualified professional advice before taking time-sensitive, legal, financial, immigration, medical, housing, or tax action.

Availability And Changes

Landly may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, legal compliance, product maintenance, provider changes, or roadmap updates. Where a material change affects paid access, Landly will use a reasonable notice method for affected customers.

Landly may suspend or terminate access if an account creates security risk, violates these terms, abuses the service, infringes third-party rights, fails payment where payment is required, or must be restricted for legal or compliance reasons.

Third-Party Services

Landly relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, maps, AI assistance, email, and other operations. Their services may have separate terms or policies where you use them directly or where legally required.

Liability Framing

Landly is provided with reasonable care for digital planning and account-support purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Landly is not liable for decisions you make based on informational outputs without verifying official requirements, for third-party service outages outside Landly's reasonable control, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct where such limits are not allowed.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

Landly LTD is registered in Bulgaria. These terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian and European Union law to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence are not limited by these terms where they apply.

Privacy

Landly processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is described in the Account Deletion resource.
