Service Scope

Landly provides relocation information, planning tools, task support, metadata-only document tracking, AI-assisted help, and related account services. Landly does not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, medical, insurance, housing-brokerage, or official government advice.

Account And Eligibility

You need a Landly account for authenticated services. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for making sure that the information you provide is accurate enough for Landly to operate the requested service.

Landly is intended for adults evaluating, planning, or managing relocation and stay workflows. You may use Landly only if you can enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from using the service under applicable law.

Technical Requirements

The web application requires a current supported browser, internet access, JavaScript, essential authentication storage, and a Landly account. The optional companion app requires a supported iOS or Android device and the permissions you choose to enable. Landly does not promise interoperability with third-party relocation, government, calendar, or document systems unless a specific feature says otherwise.

Free Open Beta

The current Open Beta is a temporary, free and capacity-limited release phase. It has no announced calendar end date and is not a time-limited trial with a countdown. New registration may close when the available places are filled, but closing registration does not by itself end access already granted. Continued free access is not promised permanently and remains subject to the termination rules below. Landly does not offer a payment card form, paid checkout, paid subscription, recurring charge, or paid entitlement during this phase.

A separate Paid Open Beta may be introduced later. Pricing is not publicly available during the current Free Open Beta, and a stale deployment setting cannot restore the Pricing page. Before any future paid purchase, Landly will provide the applicable price, taxes, pre-contract information, terms, cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and durable confirmation required for that transaction. This free Open Beta agreement does not convert automatically into a paid service.

Contract Start, Duration, And Termination

The free Open Beta contract begins when you expressly accept these Terms in onboarding and ask Landly to start the free service. Account creation and email confirmation alone do not conclude this contract. Landly records that acceptance and contract-conclusion time atomically, then sends a versioned durable confirmation. Plan generation remains blocked until delivery succeeds. The recorded conclusion time starts any mandatory withdrawal period. The contract continues until you or Landly ends it under these Terms. There is no scheduled end date, minimum term, per-user countdown, or automatic paid renewal. The absence of a scheduled end date is not a promise of permanent free access.

You may terminate at any time by using the account-deletion flow or contacting support@landly.to. Landly may end the free Open Beta phase or your access with reasonable notice. Landly may restrict access immediately where necessary for security, abuse prevention, third-party rights, or legal compliance. Ending the service does not replace a separate request to delete personal data. Account deletion ends Early Access, but it is not itself a statutory withdrawal statement.

Withdrawal During Free Early Access

Where mandatory EU or national consumer law gives you a withdrawal right, you may withdraw from the Early Access contract within 14 days after it is concluded, without giving a reason and without cost. Use the continuously available online withdrawal function; sign in or use the secure contract-specific link in your durable Terms confirmation email. The contract link remains usable after account deletion. Landly sends the exact statement, submission date, and time to the contract email. You may alternatively send an unambiguous statement to support@landly.to. Additional information appears on the current cancellation and withdrawal information page.

Your request that Landly start the free service immediately does not waive mandatory withdrawal rights. If you withdraw, Landly may stop service access. Because the agreed price is EUR 0, there is no Landly payment to reimburse.

Digital-Service Rights And Remedies

Landly will provide the service with reasonable care and the material functionality described for this Early Access phase, and will provide security or other updates required by applicable law. Mandatory statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.

If Landly does not supply the service or it lacks required conformity, contact support@landly.to. Where mandatory law applies, you may require supply or correction without charge and within a reasonable time, or terminate where the legal conditions are met. A price reduction has no monetary effect while the agreed price is EUR 0. Other mandatory remedies are not excluded.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, profile, relocation, and support information where requested.
• Keep account credentials secure and do not share access with unauthorized people.
• Use Landly for personal planning and account workflows, not for unlawful, abusive, scraping, reverse-engineering, or security-testing activity without permission.
• Review Landly outputs before relying on them and verify official requirements with the relevant authority, professional advisor, or primary source.
• Keep your document files in storage you control. If you link Google Drive, Landly stores only the selected reference metadata, not the file.
• Do not send document files through notes, messages, Community areas, or support channels unless Landly explicitly asks for the specific file for that separate purpose.

Documents And User Content

Landly helps you track whether a task document is available, where you keep it, and an optional expiry date and reminder. Landly does not accept or store new document files through document tracking and does not inspect or verify them.

If you choose the optional Google Drive action, Google opens an on-demand file picker. You may select an existing Drive file or upload a local file into your own Google Drive. The file remains in Google Drive. Landly receives and stores only its display name and opaque Google Drive file identifier. Landly does not download the file, store its contents, scan it, retain an OAuth access or refresh token, or run background Drive synchronization. Removing the link in Landly does not delete the file from Google Drive.

Manually choosing iCloud Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, On my device, Physical document, or Google Drive as a storage location remains only a label. Only the explicit Choose from Google Drive action creates the limited reference described above. Your use of Google Drive remains subject to your Google account settings and Google's terms and privacy policy.

If you previously uploaded a file to Landly before this model was introduced, you keep your rights in that content and give Landly only the permission needed to secure it, let you recover it, and delete it through the legacy-file lifecycle. Save your own copy before choosing Delete Landly copy; that deletion cannot be undone.

Do not send document files through a generic note, message, Community area, or support channel as a workaround. If content reaches Landly through an unintended channel, Landly may restrict access to or arrange deletion of it where required for privacy, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Landly remains responsible for its own processing of personal data that reaches its systems, including its duties concerning lawfulness, security, retention, deletion, and data-subject rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Community And User Contributions

AI And Information Quality

Landly Guide and other AI-assisted outputs are informational and assistive. They may summarize sources, suggest tasks, or explain relocation context, but they do not determine visa eligibility, tax obligations, healthcare rights, housing rights, or other legal entitlements.

Landly works to keep sources and generated outputs useful, but relocation rules and local processes can change. You remain responsible for checking official sources and qualified professional advice before taking time-sensitive, legal, financial, immigration, medical, housing, or tax action.

Availability And Changes

Landly may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, legal compliance, service maintenance, provider changes, or Early Access learning. If a material change affects users' rights or use of the service, Landly will use a reasonable notice method before the change takes effect where required.

Landly may suspend or terminate access if an account creates security risk, violates these terms, abuses the service, infringes third-party rights, or must be restricted for legal or compliance reasons.

If a change materially and negatively affects access to or use of a continuously supplied digital service, Landly will provide any advance durable notice and termination option required by applicable consumer law.

Third-Party Services

Landly relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, maps, AI assistance, email, the optional Google Drive Picker, and other operations. Their services may have separate terms or policies where you use them directly or where legally required.

Liability Framing

Landly is provided with reasonable care for digital planning and account-support purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Landly is not liable for decisions you make based on informational outputs without verifying official requirements, for third-party service outages outside Landly's reasonable control, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct where such limits are not allowed.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

Landly LTD is registered in Bulgaria. These terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian and European Union law to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence are not limited by these terms where they apply.

Privacy

Landly processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is described in the Account Deletion resource.
