Consumer And Dispute Notices
Landly currently provides a free, capacity-limited consumer Open Beta for digital relocation planning, document tracking with optional user-initiated Google Drive references, recovery or deletion of files previously stored by Landly, and related account services. Landly does not accept new document-file uploads into its own storage and does not maintain a background connection to external storage providers. Landly does not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, or official government advice.
While places are available, a person may register, confirm their account email, and continue without manual invitation review. There is no checkout, paid subscription, recurring charge, or purchase in the current Open Beta. The zero-price contract formed in onboarding is recorded as the Free Early Access Terms. This is a temporary release phase without an announced calendar end date or per-user countdown; it is not a promise of permanent free access and does not convert automatically into a paid service. Complete purchase, withdrawal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before any future paid service is activated.
Company and team access is not offered under the consumer Early Access terms. Any future business pilot requires a separate written agreement and privacy review before activation.
